Andrea Santoro, L.M.T.

Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Health Coach

 From an early age Andrea knew she wanted to help and heal. Directly after high school, she enrolled at the Swedish Institute for Allied Health Sciences In New York City and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. After 20 years in practice and treating over 15,000 people, she found it difficult to physically continue on the path as a bodyworker. In April 2014, she shifted her focus from manual therapy to assisting people in health and wellness through weightloss. Andrea became a Certified Health Coach with Take Shape For Life, it was a natural transition for her.  She continues to help people feel comfortable in their own skin!

Former Personal Trainer, A.C.E. certified in 2000. Andrea uses that education with her TSFL clients, once they hit a place where they  can incorporate exercise into their habits. On-line, she helps clients with weight lifiting routines, advice on different types of cardio, relaxation techniques and dietary advice to coordinate with their calorie expenditure. 

 Married for 15 years, with 2 beautiful boys and 4 cats. Andrea ia  a "stay at home" mom with a full time job, residing in Queens New York.
