In this episode, I sit down with Amy to have one of the most beautiful conversations on the podcast. I hear tons of growth in myself in this episode as much of the advice I mention, I have recently taken. We discuss open communication and getting to know one's different communication styles. Amy discovered the secret to a fulfilled life when Joseph Campbell taught her to Follow My Bliss. So instead of going to medical school, she became a potter. She moved to the Pacific Northwest where she had a thriving pottery career (She's been on a pottery hiatus, but plan to go back to it soon!). Later, she became a Nia instructor, and more recently followed her heart to become a Processwork therapist and Realization Process meditation teacher. Her main goal in life is to help others find more self-love and follow their big and small dreams.
