I'n this episode I have begun peeling back the layers of my life story starting with the beginning and the start of inhabiting abandoment/neglect issues, that has caused many other issues in my adult life. Yes I am still in my healing process, No I am not perfect, Yes I have had my battle with addiction, No I have never told anyone these things you will hear in this episode! Lets talk about how my discovery of abandonment issues helped me change my life around. This is a start to the discovery of how I ended up in so many crazy situations growing up and how I am overcoming and unlearning toxic thoughts and toxic behaviors.
