Tina Hrabak (she/her) is the Senior Director of Startups for Future Founders. In this role, she oversees Future Founders’ 18 to 30-year-old work nationwide, including the Fellowship and Startup Bootcamp programs. She also serves on Melinda Gates's Gender Equity in Tech (GET Cities) initiative, working to expand opportunities in startups and tech for women, non-binary, and trans individuals in Chicago.
Prior to Future Founders, Tina worked in universities focused on international education and workforce development within business schools, most recently at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Tina earned her Masters in Public Policy and Management and Bachelors in International Studies – World Economics and Business from The Ohio State University.
Outside of Future Founders, Tina serves as a mentor and associate board member for the Chicago Scholars Foundation and is a Young Professional Ambassador with the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
