When we say the words “Patient Experience”, what your thoughts are about that topic, depend on who you are.  If you are a patient, you consider the patient experience to involve timely and swift appointments, and results that will, in the end, make you feel better physically and mentally.  But what about if you’re a physician?  You are expected to make the patient feel better physically and mentally, but also meet other requirements important to your role.  Joining us this week for this conversation is Dr. Lance Braye, fourth year resident at the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program.
