On Tuesday, April 24 from 3:30pm-5:00pm, the CSIS Global Health Policy Center and Friends of the Global Fight will co-host a screening of the Great Decisions Episode, "Global Health: Preventing Pandemic". The event will bring together the global health community to discuss the importance of U.S. and global leadership in efforts to end the epidemics of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, particularly through funding for the Global Fund and U.S. bilateral programs. The episode makes a compelling case for how global health investments, in addition to saving millions of lives and stopping deadly infectious diseases in their tracks, strengthens economies and protects the health security in the U.S. and around the world.
