Based on feedback to share more detail about my experiences in different countries I thought I would share some examples from the field. The Middle East is a fascinating region and much more diverse than people may think. With approximately 20 different countries, many religions and a rich ancient history it is no surprise that understanding cultural difference will play a large part in your leadership success.
