Ever wondered what happens if your elderly parents and close relatives can't get the help they need in times of emergency? As a son who is away from my family, I do hope that there is always a solution that can solve this gap, as generally lots of business or startup ideas out there apparently have nothing to do with our families. Interviewing Laurent was an eye opener to me, as I understand more on what's lacking in the healthcare industry.
