Some goals are stubborn, they elude us for years. We keep after them because the alternative is unthinkable. What is keeping us from breaking through? To start off this new year, let's focus on the mindset that we have as we pursue our goals. I'm not big on making the new year the catalyst for setting goals, but I've learned that there is a tremendous wave of energy at the start of a new year that you can build momentum from. We all can identify the spoils of war, but can we effectively communicate the strategy and tactical effort to win the war. A big part of it is mindset. Let's get the new year started off right and win the battle of the mind.
