In recent years, I started to notice a lot of my peers having existential crises and anxiety about their future. A lot of the symptoms seem to overlap with the well-known phenomenon of the Midlife Crisis. 

Follow along as I look at today’s society and Carl Jung’s concept of Individuation, to ask the question of whether young adulthood is the midlife.
