The GOING THROUGH PAGES Rock 'N' Roll Book Club is the podcast version of the bi-weekly "Books. Booze. Bickering." sessions where books in the rock 'n' roll genre are discussed and dissected utilizing 7 categories. Interviews with the author, book subject, or relevant figure are also featured.

It is hosted by DJ BO (“Shanghai’s #2 DJ”) at The Apartment in Shanghai, China. He is a professional DJ from Florida, USA, having performed in 28+ countries, and lectures/hosts events on relevant subjects as well. He is joined in this by some of some of Shanghai’s finest music, literary, and hooligan figures.

The books all use rock ’n’ roll as their base but cover a wide area: memoirs, social histories, criticism, and more are all waiting to be shredded.

Each episode is recorded as part of the Pop Culture Society, happening weekly at The Apartment. The GOING THROUGH PAGES Rock ’N’ Roll Book Club alternates with the Guilt Free Cin(ema) Club. We cover one half of a book each episode, meaning one full book is covered monthly.
