He's been sober for 18 years while staying in the restaurant industry. He's gone on to not only stay in the industry, he's built a restaurant and hotel empire. We discuss how he finally got sober and why the restaurant industry saved his life. I know, not something you hear every day. It's a story full of hope.    Steve has such a fascinating point of view on human sustainability and he shares why it's so damn important to him.
