Today on Golden Nuggets I talk with one of my best friends, Kathryn Budig. You may know her as the Internationally Celebrated Yoga Teacher, Author, Clothing Designer, Speaker, Incredible Cook - basically a creative genius. 

We discuss everything from the myths of success, how she's navigated challenging transitions in her life to what it's really like to be in the spotlight. We have a bold conversation regarding sexuality, one we all need to have more often. Kathryn shares the behind the scenes of her newest project and how thrilled she is to share it with the world.
