How did sanctions reshape the global monetary order and the stability of the current financial system?

Jeroen also shares his views on the policy responses of the Federal Reserve and the ECB which are corned between keeping inflation under control by raising interest rates while avoiding a too strong tightening which might lead economies into a recession.
