It's always good to take some time out and reflect on how our golf is progressing or what is holding us back. It's good to look and reflect on what is going on.

How can we do that?

Firstly I would ask the question, are you enjoying your golf? Because if you are not, then why are you playing? Remember we want to enjoy what we do, so look at the parts of golf you really enjoy.

* What is working well in your golf? What tends to happen is that we always look at what is not working well, so let's look at what is working well.

* What challenges are you facing in your golf?

* Do you believe you can get better in your golf?

* What words do you use to describe how you play your golf?

* Do you make changes or do you keep doing what you are doing?

Only you can decide.

You are the master of your destiny.

Ensure you listen to the episode in more depth of how you can have more out of your golf that you desire.
