If you thought you were busy then you need to meet Breda McCague. She makes me feel very lazy because she does so much. She is founder and chair of Lean In Ireland, an organisation that seeks to empower women to achieve more in the corporate world. She also spent 20 years in the Reserve Army in Ireland as an officer; one of the first female officers they had. We had great fun talking about bosses and leadership in general.
