Hey there! In this episode I focus on how loss can affect the heart. You'd be surprised how difficult it may be to remember that if your heart isn't right ,nothing else works. So, while finding stability always seem impossible and even painful, I use the concept of stillness to hopefully provide practical steps that can give some semblance of softness.
