We'll be talking with 23x Ironman athlete, Cherie Gruenfeld about her long list of record breaking achievements in the endurance sports arena.

Cherie holds the world record for her age group for Ironman Kona, Europe and Lake Placid. She also holds the #1 spot for the World Triathlon Corporation, Inside Triathlon's All American Team, 1997-2001, 2004 & 2007-2009 and the U.S.A. Triathlon Association. She's even got her own Wheaties box!

She's also the author of the aptly named, "Become an Ironman: An amateur's guide to the world's toughest endurance event" and will be sharing her personal tips for training competitively.
