Jim grew up in New York and moved to Texas when he was 20 as his family moved to DFW with the airlines. Jim retired from GPPD and then came back to work as a civilian investigator doing hiring backgrounds. 

He has 30 years in law enforcement with GPPD. He has worked basically a decade in patrol, a decade in investigations, and a decade in training. He has been in patrol, been a Field Training Officer (FTO), Narcotics, Criminal Intelligence, Personnel and Training, and many others. His knowledge and experience are second to none!  We are lucky to have him!
