There has never been a preacher who has touched more lives than Spurgeon. When he died in 1892 he had recorded somewhere over 3500 sermons in his 42 years of ministry. Recently a prosperity preacher came to repentance and he said "I have not preached the whole gospel and I repent" He laid claim that he began reading Charles Spurgeon and it convicted him. It was of course the work of the Holy Spirit through Spurgeon that did the work. I was blessed to find Spurgeon early in my Christian walk while in Bible college, He helped shape my doctrinal beliefs and theological beliefs over the years. Over A HUNDRED YEARS HAVE PASSED SINCE HIS DEATH AND HIS WORK STILL STRIKES THE TRUTH THAT TRANSCENDS TO TODAY. Please take the time and listen to his words.
