Your emotional fear is evidence that the spirit of fear is present. But even though you have fear, you are to move past it with the help of the Holy Spirit and seek God through prayer and fasting. Remember when fear grips you; you are not alone Jesus is right there with you to strengthen you in that moment. For God did not give you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind - 2 Timothy 1:7
