Monday night's topic is Tort Reform. The anti- side will be argued by John Harris. John is a solid Conservative who has led the Tennessee Firearms Association for over 15 years. He is a practicing trial attorney in Nashville who finds himself on what is generally the other side of the issue from his fellow Conservatives. The pro- side will be argued by Justin Owens, President of the Tennessee Center for Policy Research, Tennessee's SPN affiliate and a premier Conservative think tank. Given the reputations of our participants and the national interest in the topic, a thoughtful and passionate debate on the issues without the emotional demagoguery would seem to be just what the litigator ordered.
