I learned to practice gratitude by keeping a daily gratitude list--a very detailed list--for over 1,000 days in a row. I didn't want to--trust me. My recovery sponsor made me do it!

It was one of the best things I ever did. My perception permanently changed. I started the blog gratitudecup.com. A few years later, I started writing my first devotional book and gratitude journal, Mama Meditations.
