The interesting thing about judgement is that what we judge in others is something that we are yet to recognise, forgive, release or simply don't like in ourselves. As time is a construct of the ego, so to is judgement, for without the memories of the past (non-presence) we could not judge. Learning to release judgement has been one of the most confronting and enriching practices I've found, but of course as all learning does; it brought a lot to the surface for me. I hope this inspires you to check your judgement of others and to free yourself from its shackles.
