Buyer possession is often a sticky point. Juggling multiple transactions can be different, especially if the seller is doing the same. Try to stay flexible, and consult with your agent on the desired move-in and move-out dates.4. Write your best offer. Ask your agent for a comparative market analysis to help you determine pricing. Sometimes, sellers will intentionally price their home below comparative sales in order generate multiple offers. Don’t hope for negotiations. If you truly love the home, make your best offer from the very start.
