A new campaign has been launched to make trophy hunting illegal. 

The Campaign to Ban Trophy Hunting said that trophy hunting was cruel, unnecessary, and was pushing some of the world's most endangered wildlife even further to the brink of extinction.

Nearly 2500 hunting trophies had been brought back to Britain alone in the past few years, according to the Campaign. It also revealed that the most popular animals for UK trophy hunters were elephants, hippos, bears, baboons, leopards, zebras and lions.
