Whose "Confessions" can be trusted? Oliver Queen is brought in to Star City Police Department for questioning after two guards are killed during a mission to stop the Ninth Circle. Captain Dinah Drake herself is in charge of the investigations as all of Team Arrow is questioned. Even Roy Harper is subject to suspicion after Oliver asked him to help them take down Emiko's group.
