Hello and welcome to Episode Five. It's a slightly different one today, not so much on my personal story but more on the practical ways of processing grief. I am a huge advocate of the healing power of words and how useful the process can be as an outlet, a way of understanding complex emotions, communicating with others and connecting with loved ones. Here I delve into how I started grief writing, the benefits of giving it a go and some tips about how to get into the headspace.
