After ten years working as an editor and journalist in London and Sydney, Christina Beischl returned to her native Munich to found One 77 Consulting, which offers a range of content, PR and marketing services. Christina also is a certified burnout-prevention coach and psychological counselor, helping teams and individuals with stress management, goal setting and healthy routines.
In this episode we dive into the 12 stages of how to identify if you are experiencing burn out and some great tools you can use to prevent or combat the stress and anxiety that it brings.
