Patricia de Picciotto was born in Hong Kong to Lebanese parents and grew up in Switzerland, before moving between London, Brazil and now currently residing in New York with her husband and three children. Patricia became dedicated to normalising grief and raising grief consciousness after her mother's passing from a two year battle with pancreatic cancer. She shares regular live conversations with other grief speakers and advocates on her instagram page, providing a warm and open space for others to share their own experiences with grief.
In this conversation we talk all about:
- Culture and religion in grief
- Grieving in a pandemic
- Social media and the grief community
- Mindfulness and grief
and so much more!
