In this episode, Varsha Chouhan, talks about how we are able to honour the people who are no longer with us through our actions. She talks openly and honestly about her experiences of losing her Father to suicide as a baby, followed by the sudden death of her Mother whilst in her twenties. Varsha, who now works as a Massage Therapist in Melbourne, shines a true beacon of hope, love and wisdom during our conversation.
