Making the uncomfortable, comfortable.
Hi everyone! My name is Katrina and at the age of 15, my mum died from Cancer. Over the last ten years, I have experienced and witnessed grief in various areas of my life which showed the apparent lack of education, understanding and conversation surrounding grief. 

This episode gives an introduction into my personal journey with grief and what I've learnt along the way. 

By giving grief a voice and allowing people to share their stories, we can create and encourage an open conversation around a topic that will impact most people throughout their lifetime.
