Most service business have some type of seasonality. In this episode, I go over different strategies and mistakes to avoid when marketing and advertising during busy and slow seasons.  Construction companies are the easiest examples and since I have a lot of construction service clients, I use some direct example of effective techniques. Much of this episode is framed around online advertising such as Google Ads (Adwords), Facebook and Instagram ads as they make great examples.  I also talk about lead generation vs. brand advertising during different seasons and how to get the lowest cost per lead.
