Giving yourself credit is one of the most important and most rewarding things you can do in your life. In a world where people will go on and beyond to make you feel like any less than you are, knowing your worth and appreciating yourself for the things you’ve done and gone through is essential to stop surviving and start living. In this episode I talk about my struggles with giving myself credit and feeling proud for the things I have done, and how hopefully we get to finally fall in love with ourselves and appreciate our struggles a bit more.
