In today's episode, I'm joined by the pro-aging champion and Founder, Jacqueline Perez, who goes by the nickname Jack. After spending over 20 years at a San Francisco-based marketing and PR firm, Jack founded Kuel Life, a space created to empower modern midlife women and connect them with relevant and curated content. Kuel Life also finds, selects, and showcases women-driven brands’ products and allows women over 45 to learn, share, shop, and play with their second-act sisters. 

We had a fantastic conversation about the challenges women face in their perimenopausal and postmenopausal years, with adjustments they can make to their approach to health and fitness. We also discuss the importance of nurturing friendships and staying connected, how to create healthy relationships with adult children and spouses, and so much more.
