How to find your passion and get your dream job

Have you ever thought of how you feel about what you are doing for a living?

Do you hate your job?
Or do you feel inspired going to work every day?

As a data Engineer, I am proud to work with my colleagues and do whatever they need to run their business successfully.

Today I would like to share my experience to help you or maybe your children to find their dream jobs that they wake up wanting to do and feeling great about doing it every day.

Before I do, I would like to talk about the ambition story. I am lucky. 🍀

In 1992 I was only seven years old. My Aunt bought a PC with Windows 3.1 to write her thesis. I felt special, I didn't know how to use it. So I kept on learning from the tutorial books. I asked my dad to support me in taking the Microsoft Excel tutorial class 50$USD. In fifteen years old, I was confident to unscrew the PC Case to fix it. All of these moments came from experience and passion. You can see that it is important to find your passion because the passion always pulls you to progress rather than pushing.

This brings me to the next part in which I discuss how I developed my passion while earning my Bachelor degrees.

I learned tips and tricks for using Microsoft Excel. Over the years, my teachers and friends kept asking me technical questions about the software. Many of my friends asked me to fix their PC. I visited 20 friends' houses to fix their computers. Some of them I’ve visited more than once. undoubtedly, I’ve chosen to study computer engineering. I’ve learned all kinds of database application concepts until I graduated with a Bachelor Degree, You can see that my passion gave me a great start. I was able to help others and to learn more about what I loved. Your passion will help you progress further in everything you do, and your passion will increase as you use it to help others too.

So how did I bring my valuable skills to help the organization where I worked?

I got a great job immediately. I have helped organisations to see their operating performance. In addition, I have helped organisations to maximize their profit and minimize their cost. every of contribution made a positive impact on my colleagues, the organisation and its customers. When you work on your strengths, you can create value for others. It helps you live a fulfilling life every day. As I continue to develop my passion. When you develop your passion and use it in your work, you help your organization improve and achieve its goals.

To conclude

I’ve found the job that I like to do because I found my passion through my interest in technology over the years. I have used my passion to help others over time, and overall I have become a specialist doing what I love to do every day.

If you are impactful doing something every day from your inspirations, It is not called your job. It is called your passion.

Can you imagine how the fulfilling people's lives around the world will be when people get to work in careers that they are passionate about?
