Luis was extremely helpful when he walked me through some of the do's and don'ts in launching a podcast. We're launching in early 2021 so I have some time, but I took three pages of notes from Luis from just the 30-minute phone call. I'm confident we'll launch "right" without having to struggle as we go (which is how we did this in the past). I've recommended his Facebook group to other podcasters - Luis knows his stuff and he so generously shares his knowledge. Highly recommended for those about to launch to get the checklist in place, but also for those who have been podcasting for years (for one, he has something good to say about podcast art).
