#84 Reconfigure Your Real Estate Approach to Escape the Rat Race

Every once in a while, I get to speak to a new investor who wants to quit their day job and start doing real estate full-time, literally the next day. In my opinion, it is better to not quit the day job just yet. Probably a better way would be to reposition the employment in such way that it will enable you to keep a steady income, stay attractive to mortgage lenders, but enable you more time, attention, and energy towards doing other things such as investing in real estate, that can contribute to our financial well-being.
