My mission is to awaken women to see how shame has controlled their lives, to empower them to change how they think and how we as a collective raise our children to create a guilt free generation.

I will be be discussing the cycles of shame, how shame controls who we are and the decisions we make and how becoming vulnerable can bring joy, empower you and others and make you more resilient to shame.
