This pandemic forced business owners to assess the state of their cash flow and to reconsider all available options for business continuity. As most business leaders had to approach cash-flow management to be an integral element of a company’s overall survival, cash-flow investing has been increasingly attractive during times of increased market volatility.

I had an honor of interviewing Seth Ferguson, founder and CEO of Multifamily Real Estate Investments Inc. Seth is a host of real estate TV show and real-estate investment podcast. He is also conference chair for “The Multifamily Conference”
