Lately, I've been thinking about my past. I've thought about how every decision has lead me to where I am today. I've thought about all the mistakes I've made, the people I have wronged, and the indecisions I haven't made. All of those actions, decisions, and indecisions have lead me to be the person that I am now. Yet, I can't help but wonder, why am I fixated on what was, could've been, or what might have been? Digging deeper, I've concluded, I haven't made peace with my former self. All of those actions and decisions have lingered, because I've made a valiant effort to avoid them. This has held me back from truly becoming who I want to become, and from fully enjoying the life that I have created for myself. So, in this episode, I talk about how it is important that we reconcile with our past in order to move forward.Support this podcast
