Understanding what drives your behavior helps you produce personal power— self-efficacy— the ability to create a desired result. Knowing your motives is a prerequisite to prove to yourself that you can control and improve yourself!

Your motive, your why, reinforces self-efficacy which builds momentum. Your WHY gives you courage and confidence to push yourself further and go after bigger challenges. Your why makes you bigger than your problems.
