 Two veterens/ gif high fivers/ podcasters discuss sports, digital media and their daily success and struggle with mental health. Jesse and Andy use their personal examples to help de- stigmatize the discussion of mental health and provide personal anecdotes on what they have done to address their own battles. They aren’t doctors but they are friends, and that should count for something.
