I learned from Coach Venables and Spurrier JR how to coach  with passion. They ran around with their hair on fire getting stuff done. 
 

A leader must have passion. Without passion the leader is empty. When the leader loses passion he becomes a manager. Managers are transactional. A coach must bring passionate positive infectious energy everyday. 
 

A man must passionately pursue God’s will for his life.
