Leon is an optometrist and professor living in South Florida who, at age 60, became a first time father by using an egg donor and surrogate. His daughter is now a happy and healthy 4 year old whom Leon raises on his own. He has also donated embryos created from the same batch, resulting in the birth of children to other families. We will be discussing Leon’s unique journey to fatherhood and some of the outcomes associated with it.
