In this episode, I talk about negative thoughts and how they affect our bodies and mind. Most of our thoughts are automatic, and we don't realize the impact they have because we don't notice them. I also do a guided mindfulness practice that helps people notice the impact of their negative thinking. This short guided body and though practice can increase awareness and bring more mindfulness to our pessimistic thinking.
