In this episode, I talk about a common struggle that beginners and non-beginner meditators have when they sit to practice mindfulness meditation, how to cope with the inner critic. The inner critic is that voice that you hear that distracts you and wants you to do something else instead of meditating. This inner commentary is judgemental and can feel like your own voice. This inner voice is not your voice. I will share how to distance yourself from it so it stops disrupting your meditation. Also, I will share a mindfulness strategy that beginners and non-beginner meditators can use to silence the inner critic. I finish the episode with guided mindfulness practice to show you the easy steps on how to stop the inner commentary that disrupts your meditation.

Is the inner critic is disrupting your sleep?
