Welcome to 2022 with “Happy Messy Mind”!

I wanted to kick of this new year with an episode all about starting a new year, resolutions and my own personal goals.

I am someone who doesn’t believe in New Years resolutions, but I AM someone who absolutely sees the value in setting goals and priorities for yourself to work for and keep you motivated. I believe that without direction or purpose, you’ll wander around lost and never really get anywhere.

So in this episode I share my views on beliefs about New Years Resolutions, and all my goals for this upcoming year.
