It's a total cliché, but for a reason, right?
Even though life takes you through ups and downs, throws you some curveballs or just generally sucks - you can still maintain your happiness, calmness and hopefulness. 

How? In this episode I take you through some of my personal experiences, thoughts and lessons.
Life is not about avoiding the downs (that's just lot possible or realistic), instead it's about going through your downs with grace, patience and kindness towards yourself (and life).

It's not easy, but I promise you; after a low, comes and up that will be SO worth the hard work.
