Show of hands if you are so over hearing those excuses in the workplace when leaders make these proclamations from on high dictating a new office policy or rule, offering no further explanations or offers of discussion.

Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news for leaders who operate with this closed mindset but I'm afraid the days of employees following blindly along are O-V-E-R. Thats right, over. Or at the very least, should be.

This week I put my sassy hat back on and offer my insight into why we need to question everything in the workplace in 2023.  Such as:

• Job responsibilities
• Office policies
• WFH v. In office mandates
